- The pre-wash removal of any debris on the surface being treated
- A high-pressure cleaning of that area
- A rinse of all dirt/debris from the surface
- An application of a post-treatment algaecide solution for concrete surfaces or a post-treatment neutralizer for wood surfaces.
If you are in need of a specialty cleaning service like rust removal, oil stain removal/lightening, these can be quoted on request as included or separately.
